Cyclones TsP-2 are intended for collecting dust after drying systems or grinding the fuel of steam generators that burn solid fuel in a pulverized state. Can also be used for dust collection as general industrial cyclones.
The design of cyclones TsP-2 is monoblock. Structurally, the air cleaner consists of a cylindrical body, which is a working chamber, a lower cone, an exhaust pipe with an upper plug and a side cut, an inlet pipe.
Air-cleaning cyclones TsP-2 can operate both under pressure and under vacuum. Air entering the working chamber of the cyclone swirls into a circular flow, as a result, centrifugal forces begin to act on suspended inclusions, repelling dust and debris to the inner walls of the body. Further, suspended particles under the action of gravity are deposited into the accumulative dust collector. Dust bins are not included in the basic configuration. When choosing a bunker, one should give preference to its minimum dimensions to avoid the accumulation of explosive dust in large quantities.
